Project Management
Apex’s project management system efficiently and timely manages the procurement and construction within the client’s budget, project schedule and quality requirements. The system is appropriate for large and small projects involving multiple phases and multiple subcontractors. The system allows for the construction manager to constantly be up to date on all aspects of the entire project. Long term growth and success of a business depend on complete client satisfaction with project budgets, schedule and quality requirements. A management plan for each project describes Apex’s understanding of the project requirements, the proposed tasks to complete the work effort and lists all assumptions used in completing construction. With this tool, the client knows exactly what Apex intends to do, our task-by-task approach to accomplish the work, our description of each task in detail and a list of the completed construction. The most important aspect of our project management approach is our client’s needs and expectations.
Quality
Apex has a quality assurance and quality control program which focuses on ensuring quality, which is defined as “conformance to requirements”. Each construction manager is ultimately responsible for quality. Every project undergoes a complete quality assurance review to ensure completeness during construction. Apex prides itself on the quality of its final construction product. The high level of detail included during construction ensures complete coordination between the construction drawings, notes and specifications and the completed project.
